The Albanian-language version of these terms is the legally binding version. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only.

Nivelo is an intermediary platform that connects clients with tradespeople. We do not perform work, do not sell materials, and are not a party to the agreement between the client and the tradesperson.

• The agreement for the job is made directly between the client and the tradesperson. Nivelo is not a contracting party.
• We do not guarantee the quality, timeline, price, or legality of the work performed.
• We do not guarantee that a request will receive a response, nor the number of quotes.
• We are not liable for damages arising from the work performed, from disputes between the parties, or from inaccurate information provided by a user.
• We do not verify professional licenses, insurance, or the tax registration of tradespeople. We verify the phone number and require profile information, and this is not a certification.
• Indicative prices are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer.
• Our liability, where it cannot be excluded by law, is limited to the amount paid by the user to Nivelo in the last 12 months.

• The information you provide for the job and for contact must be accurate.
• False, test, or unnecessarily repeated requests are not allowed.
• The tradesperson's contact details are used only for the job in question.
• A request can be withdrawn by writing to us at the contact address.

• Provide truthful information about your experience, categories, and the areas where you work.
• Upload only photos of work you performed yourself and for which you hold the rights.
• Respond to requests within a reasonable time; failing to respond to five requests in a row results in temporary suspension from receiving requests.
• Comply with tax obligations, licenses, and safety rules. Nivelo is not liable for this.
• Client data may not be used for anything other than the request received, and never for marketing.
• Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial period is not allowed.

Tradespeople pay a subscription to receive requests. During the 6-month launch period there is nothing to pay — no card, no contract; after that period the subscription continues monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Price details are emailed after registration and shown in the tradesperson dashboard, and we email you a month before the launch period ends.

• Billing is monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan.
• Cancellation can be made at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
• No pro-rata refunds are given for the remaining period.
• Price changes are announced 30 days in advance.

The tradesperson grants Nivelo a non-exclusive license to display the profile's photos and text on the platform and in preview images when links are shared. The tradesperson guarantees they hold the rights to this material. Nivelo may remove content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

An account may be suspended or closed for: false information, failure to respond, repeated complaints, misuse of client data, or multiple accounts. Where possible, we notify in advance; in serious cases, suspension is immediate.

Complaints are sent to info@nivelo-ks.com and we respond within 14 days. Disputes about the work performed are between the client and the tradesperson. The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies and jurisdiction lies with the competent court in —. For consumers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence are not limited by these terms.

Material changes are announced 30 days in advance, by email to registered tradespeople.
